By using QuietCircle and making payments through the platform, you agree to this policy.


1. Subscription Cancellation

  • App Store / Google Play subscription management
  • Contacting our support team

Once cancelled:

  • Future recurring charges will stop
  • Access to premium features may continue until the current billing cycle ends
  • No additional charges will be applied after cancellation confirmation

2. Refund Policy

Refund requests may be considered under the following situations:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Incorrect billing
  • Failed transactions where the amount was deducted but service was not activated
  • Technical issues caused directly by QuietCircle that prevented service access

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be provided for:

  • Partial usage of subscription periods
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • User dissatisfaction unrelated to technical issues
  • Violations of community guidelines or account suspension
  • Subscription periods already consumed
  • Delays caused by third-party app stores or payment providers

4. Return Policy

QuietCircle primarily provides digital services and subscriptions. Therefore:

  • Physical product returns generally do not apply
  • Digital services, memberships, and subscriptions cannot be physically returned

If physical merchandise or products are introduced in the future, separate return terms may apply.


5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within:

  • 7–10 business days for Razorpay or direct payments
  • Timelines determined by Google Play or Apple App Store policies for app-store purchases

Actual processing times may vary depending on banking institutions and payment providers.


6. Third-Party Payment Platforms

Payments made through:

  • Google Play Store
  • Apple App Store
  • Razorpay
  • Other payment gateways

may also be subject to the respective provider’s refund and billing policies.

Users may need to manage subscriptions directly through the platform used for payment.


7. Account Termination & Refund Eligibility

If an account is suspended or terminated due to violations of:

  • Community Guidelines
  • Terms & Conditions
  • Safety policies
  • CSAE policies

the user may not be eligible for refunds.
